. . . Continuous Binding

Hopefully, by now you may have picked up on a pattern of mine. I’m always looking for a new tip, technique, quick way, or shortcut for making something that already exist; that’s easy and yet you get the same results. I found another video tutorial for making continuous binding. I viewed the video and found the fewer steps to be of value. As always, I’m just sharing information that I found helpful to me as a quilter, and I hope you will too. Enjoy, and leave a comment!

Binding Technique

I received an email from Lindy; one of my quilt buddies. She shared this website with me http://www.quiltersnewsletter.com/blogs/insideqn/. There’s a video on mitered corners on binding. Patrick Lose; a quilter and former garment maker, demonstrated his technique that allows you to make a great looking finished mitered corner. As Lindy said,  “it looks like a great solution to the ‘nub’ in the corner.” I viewed the video and it is an easy solution to make better mitered corners. Hopefully you will find this to be useful. Leave a comment if you try this technique.
